Emmanuel Oppong is the Community Engagement Director in the Mayor’s Office for the City of St. Cloud. In this leadership role, he is responsible for leveraging community partnerships and engagements as well as managing boards and commissions. Emmanuel is also an adjunct professor at St. Cloud State University, in the Department of Community Psychology, Counseling and Family Therapy with the College of Health and Wellness Professions. In 2016, Emmanuel was selected to be one of the Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans for his humanitarian and voluntary leadership. He was also awarded a Bush Fellowship in 2017. Emmanuel is originally from Ghana, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and Master's degree in Community Counseling Psychology from St. Cloud State University.
